How does creator pricing work?
Brands pay a Lumen subscription for the platform, matching, and rights management. Individual creator rates are set by each creator and shown on their profile — you only pay for the content you commission.
Are usage rights included?
Yes. Standard organic usage rights are cleared on every deliverable. Extended paid-media or whitelisting rights can be added per brief at a transparent rate before you commit.
What if I'm not happy with the content?
Every paid plan includes revision rounds. If a deliverable misses the agreed brief, our creative leads step in to make it right — and escrow means funds are only released on approval.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
